WELLBEING CLUB

Make Time for Yourself.

You take care of your work.
Your family. Your responsibilities.

But when do you make time to take care of you?

The Wellbeing Club is a space for people who believe that self-care is not an occasional activity. It is something we learn, practise and return to—through different seasons of life.

Join the club for free. Discover the sessions. Choose what you need.

A Different Way to Practise Self-Care

Self-care doesn’t have to mean doing more.

Sometimes, it means pausing.
Sometimes, expressing what you cannot put into words.
Sometimes, understanding what is happening within you.
Sometimes, simply being with other people.

Our wellbeing sessions bring these experiences together into one thoughtfully designed, experiential space—combining psychological understanding, mindfulness, creative expression, connection and practical self-care.

Each session is different, because you are different every time you show up.

Five Elements. One Integrated Experience.

Every session we design brings together five dimensions of wellbeing:

RESET — Pause, breathe and reconnect with the present moment.

EXPLORE — Understand yourself, your emotions, patterns and inner experiences.

EXPRESS — Give space to what words may not always capture through creative and expressive experiences.

CONNECT — Experience warmth, shared reflection, playfulness and meaningful human connection.

PRACTISE — Take away simple psychological and wellbeing practices that can become part of everyday life.

Each experience is designed to help you pause, understand, express, connect and practise.

You Don’t Have to Commit to Everything.

The Wellbeing Club is intentionally flexible.

Sessions will be planned around the interests, needs and emerging preferences of the community.

Some may be intimate and reflective.
Some may be creative and expressive.
Some may be playful and energising.
Some may explore a specific emotional or psychological theme.

The duration, format and mode—online or offline—may vary depending on the nature of the session and the interest it receives.

You choose the experiences that speak to you.

Membership Is Free. Your Participation Is Your Choice.

Joining the Wellbeing Club gives you exclusive access to planned self-care sessions and the opportunity to be part of a community that values intentional wellbeing.

Sessions are offered separately at a special discounted fee for members.

This allows us to create experiences based on genuine interest and demand—rather than filling a calendar with activities simply because they are scheduled.

You don’t pay to belong. You pay only for the experiences you choose to participate in.

Is This Club For You?

The Wellbeing Club may be right for you if:

You don’t need to be struggling to belong here.

You simply need to believe that your wellbeing deserves some of your time.

A Community That Grows With Its People

We don’t want to decide what wellbeing should look like for everyone.

We want to listen.

Your interests, needs and participation will help shape the experiences we create next.

As the community grows, the club can evolve—with online and offline experiences, intimate sessions, creative workshops, psychological wellbeing sessions and shared community experiences emerging in response to what people genuinely want and need.

Meet Your Facilitator

Dr. Dipti Yadav

I am a psychologist, counsellor, trainer, and supervisor with over two decades of experience working across emotional wellbeing, counselling, psychotherapy, and professional training.

Throughout my work, I have been interested in a question that continues to shape my approach:

What helps people create meaningful and lasting change?

Again and again, I found that information alone is rarely enough.

Whether working with clients, psychology students, or helping professionals, the deepest shifts often occur when insight becomes experience.

This understanding led me to create training spaces that balance psychological depth with practical application.

My work integrates counselling psychology, experiential learning, reflective practice, and shadow-oriented approaches to personal and professional development.

The intention is not simply to teach concepts.

It is to create opportunities for people to engage with themselves and others with greater awareness, confidence, and authenticity.

Where Do Most People Begin?

Some participants join because they want to understand themselves more deeply.

Some want to become more confident in their work with clients.

Others arrive with years of professional experience and a desire to facilitate deeper transformational work.

There is no single starting point.

You are welcome to begin with the programme that feels most aligned with where you are right now.

Shadow Healing Experience — for personal exploration and self-awareness.

Counselling Psychology Internship — for developing practical skills and professional confidence.

Shadow Healing Coach Certification — for practitioners seeking specialised training in shadow work facilitation.

If you are unsure which programme is the best fit, you are welcome to reach out and discuss your goals before enrolling.
